Perhaps the ideal solution would be a single operation that combines pipe-message with source. E.g.: "<pipe-source>/path/to/my/clever/program<enter>". In principle this could be done without adding a new operation, by extending pipe-message's syntax: <pipe-message>/path/to/my/clever/program |<enter> Does anyone see any problem with that?
