now I'm going to ask about some things and propose solutions that may seem totally off-the-wall but they come from the deep need as a disabled person. So, please humor me and ask for clarification. Thanks in advance

I need an e-mail client. Thunderbird is going away and support for accessibility within Thunderbird has been dodgy at best. I need is e-mail client to work on Windows and use IMAP. It would be super superb if I could use some form of client-side editing for sieve filtering but, nonessential.

This is where it gets a little strange. I need to turn off every single bit of command by keystroke. The reasons is simple. If you're using speech recognition and you get a misrecognition instead of command, think what happens your mail buffer if three or four "random" words were dumped into mutt. it sucks really bad when it happens and Thunderbird, I can't imagine how bad it would be in Mutt. So the answer is turned off single character commands either permanently or between detection of utterance and end of utterance.

The second thing I would need is the ability to query internals of Mutt so I can construct a context dependent grammars that can be spoken. Don't know what those things are yet but I'm sure in discussions we can figure it out

third is the creation of a different kind of editing context but that really gets down and dirty into NaturallySpeaking and I'm not sure made go there yet discussion.

Thanks for reading this far. I appreciate your feedback
