Another reason why it would be useful to have *some* way to search BCC
recipients is for send-hook/send2-hook: I want to do something when I send
a message to someone, independent of whether it is in To:, Cc: or Bcc:.
(FYI, that "something" is "muck with pgp_encryptonly_command)
