Nightlies 20090622 still makes it happen with web.de (no idea what IMAP
they use).
Changing folder to itself will already re-display the vanished message.
Actually even just the dialog to change makes mutt notice "new mail" in
that IMAP folder, and when you abort it re-appears already.
