To reproduce the bug, save the testcase and run:

mutt -F <(echo 'set mailcap_path=/dev/null') -f attach-no-mailcap
}}}
or just
{{{
mutt -f attach-no-mailcap
}}}
but make sure that the mailcap doesn't contain a text/* rule (this is the
case when $mailcap_path is /dev/null). If you view the message, both
attachments look OK. But if you use <view-attach>, one of them at least
will not display correctly (the first attachment is in iso-8859-1, the
second one in utf-8).
