Actually the packet trace seems to indicate that the last thing going out
from the mutt end is just an ACK, not actual data. I wonder if we're
missing some kind of TLS-level flush call on the socket? I'm not sure
whether we have a real stack corruption here or some weird gnutls effect.
I don't really have a good idea what could be happening.
