Cancellation & Refund Policy All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 10 August 2023 (AoE) by e-mail to [email protected]<mailto:http://[email protected]>. There will be an administrative fee of HKD 600 deducted from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference. There’s no cancellation and refund are allowed after 10 August 2023 (AoE). Registration is not transferable and cannot be transferred to others. Visa Letters Delegates requiring a Visa letter/invitation letter.
