We would like to extend an invitation to participate in the special
task on Formality
Control for Spoken Language Translation
<https://iwslt.org/2022/formality> organized
at IWSLT 2022 <https://iwslt.org/2022/>. This special task invites
participants to advance research on controlling formality in machine
translation for a diverse set of languages with a focus on zero-shot
learning. To advance research in this area, the organizers have provided an
annotated dataset and a targeted evaluation metric.
