Yes it was my oversight. My `build_*_*.sh` scripts run `make` inside
subdirectories, hence `${srcdir}` yields relative paths such as
`../src/env/_crtdef.h`. In the case of absolute paths, `make` from MSYS2
recognizes and generates POSIX paths that `gcc` doesn't accept.
There are two solutions: Use `cygpath` to translate the path as David
Grayson mentioned in an earlier mail, or disable PCH completely by
deleting `BUILT_SOURCES` from `Makefile.am`. Either is viable. I may fix
this problem in one or two hours. Thanks for reporting.
