Today I was presented with an upgrade for msys2-runtime (version 2.6 something, IIRC). Added IgnorePkg = msys2-runtime to /etc/pacman.conf, as advised. Next pacman -Su showed mintty ofr upgrading, said yes and after restarting the shell an error is shown about a missing __locale_ctype_ptr entry in msys-2.0.dll. Is there a method for ignoring all updates to the msys2 collection, i.e. allow updates to mingw-w64-* but not for the msys2 packages? When `pacman -Su' offers an upgrade to a core Msys2 package and I answer no, the upgrade is canceled and the rest of the packages are not processed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Msys2-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/msys2-users
