The glib-gettext.m4 issue is discussed here :

If the m4_copy_force solution is acceptable then I can put it in place.
And --nocheck works. Note that some patches address check failures...

Use `makepkg --nocheck`. Oftentimes there's a few tests that don't work on
MSYS2/Windows, such as the one that you see.
