Hi all,
I'm in the process of doing a fresh install of msys2. I've downloaded
the 64bit version, msys2-x86_64-20160719.exe, and attempted to run it.
Nothing happens. Even if I start up a cmd shell and run it from the
command line, nothing happens, just straight to a new line in the shell.
I've noticed that the download is 27.5MB whilst the *.tar.xz is 47.0MB
and previous *.exe's have usually been larger than the corresponding
*.tar.xz. Is the current version dodgy/corrupted in some way or has the
packaging of the *.exe changed?
Thoughts?
