Hi,
The mingw-w64-{i686,x86_64}-glib2 packages have a dependency on libpcre:
libglib-2.0-0.dll depends on libpcre-1.dll. Installing the
mingw-w64-{i686,x86_64}-pcre packages manually fixes this.
Please update the package dependencies.
