I'm a bit sad that even the off-topic discussion about 
<https://sourceforge.net/p/msys2/wiki/Terminals/> got so much off-track.

I used the term "regular Windows programs" on the wikipage in context of 
console programs and in contrast to MSYS2 programs, IMHO it is defined 
well-enough. However, I don't like the term and I wanted to discuss a new one. 
Somehow (maybe through a fault of my own) we ended up discussing what "regular 
Windows program" means to each of us. :)

I altered the page a bit to 1) make it even more obvious that the text is not 
at all about GUI programs, and 2) note the differences between simple console 
programs (like sed) and complex console programs (with REPLs and TUIs).
