I get this problem apparently since the recent upgrade to Windows 10 1511 :

0x800000, (child has 0x400000 - 0x600000), Win32 error 487
1129 [main] perl 9868 cygwin_exception::open_stackdumpfile: Dumping
stack trace to perl.exe.stackdump
Any idea what's going on ? I'll try to investigate with procexp.
