I don't think anything changed in this regard. Since running sshd is not really 
among the primary goals of MSYS2, I don't think it'll change unless someone 
from the community steps up with some ideas and the will to discuss and/or 
implement them.

Anyway, I'll try to find time to try cmake with Bitvise. It's possible their 
sshd is doing something MSYS2 doesn't like.
