Distributing software built using MSYS2 is probably worth its own wikipage. I guess it would clearly state what are the conditions of distribution (sources? issues with GPL?), then mention what you said, then note that it's best to make a proper PKGBUILD for the program and show how to use pacman to install the package with all dependencies into a separate directory. A guide for making a simple QtIFw installer would be great to have there, too. I'd like to delegate writing a draft for this page to Ray or Alexey due to lack of experience on my part. -- David Macek
