You need install mingw-w64 toolchains:
pacman -S mingw-w64-{i686,x86_64}-toolchain.
Then if you run MSYS2 from msys2_shell.bat then you need change PATH to place
mingw bin folder before msys bin folders:
export PATH=/mingw32(or 64)/bin:$PATH
