I didn't find a bzr config setting for preserving execute bits between
platforms, only eols.  The problem with the native bzr is that it fails
when running makepkg-mingw.  I could always install msys2 bzr when I
need to run makepkg-mingw and then remove it.  Not desirable but workable.
