Works perfectly fine. I already provide Emacs for Windows
<https://bitbucket.org/Haroogan/emacs-for-windows> as standalone package
with extracted dependencies from MSYS2. There are a few features that
require more thorough testing (like ImageMagick and DBUS support) and I'm
already collaborating on them with Emacs developers. Nevertheless the
standard textual workflow is pretty smooth.
