Reading the thread, I think we can always rely on /usr/bin for now in msys2.

Strange because on my setup, sh is owned by bash:

$ pacman -Qo /usr/bin/sh.exe
/usr/bin/sh.exe is owned by bash 4.3.018-3

Maybe there should be a default even when bash is not installed, but I
can't say. I will let other people answer for this part :)
