Alexey, this time CMake worked just fine. Probably something got corrupt
last time. Thanks for assistance. A side question: MinGW-w64 targeting
64-bit can have some variations: POSIX/Win32 threads and SJLJ/SEH
exceptions. I can see that the one you provide is based on POSIX threads,
but what about exceptions?
