What kind of network card (manufacturer and product name) do you use? If
it is a RealTek based one (e.g. the one which the Telekom offers for
1,-- together with the DSL connection, just look at the chips on it if
there is one with a "RealTek" label) try to lean another one (e.g. a
3Com or Intel one) and test it again.
