I have EXACTLY the same problem with my primary Netcenter/Webmail account.
What troubles me from your message is the phrase "converting SOME...".

Are they going to convert the account or not? why "some"? and most important WHEN are
they going to do it?. IS anyone actually going to do it? do they have names? are they
working employees? or are they "maybe in the future, we will hire someone to do it..."?

I need to access that account from ns6 because it is the designated technical contact
for several domains, ...
