If you were talking about signature files like you see below then your
question has already been answered.
However, I think you were referring to vCards which you can identify by
the contact details being in a box with a button next to it to see more
details. Mozilla can view vCards but it can't add them to messages yet:

However, I'd not recommend using vCards even if they were implemented in
Mozilla as there are some clients that can't read vCards they call can
read signature files.
