Mark all read and 0.9.1

I just upgraded to 0.9.1 and it appears that the "Mark All Read"
(ctrl-shift-c) had be disabled.  Is there a way to reinable it?  It is
rather hard to mark 200+ messages in a newsgroup as read by hand.
