acknowledgement of receipt

I'm missing the possibility of getting acknowledgement of receipt for 
eMials or I can't find the button.

Another feature, I know from older NS versions is, that an icon appears 
in the tasklist, when a new email arrived. Will this come up in one of 
the next betas?
