I had a similar problem the other day when sending mail. But it just
told me that it sent the message but couldn't write it to the Sent
folder. Closing Moz, deleting *.msf files and restarting Moz solved the
problem. I chalked it up to me using the same profile data for all the
nighlties I use. When I update to a new nightly, I delete the
c:\Mozilla-Nightly\bin folder and unzip the new nightly in its place.
The profile data never gets touched. I should probly delete all the .MSF
files, too, but I only do that when there's problems.
