I did the ten second test that usually works for almost ANY program that doesn't
like to run >1 instances. Mozilla failed. What is the ten second test? Create a
new copy of the program (in this case I copied my \mozilla\bin directory to
\mozilla\bin2 ) and run it. It still detected a previous instance. Sucks...
