you can delete it before you read it, just collapse the message pane in
the mail window. But, you cannot delete it before you download it on
your hard drive, it's been downloaded yet, if it shows up in the inbox.

why don't you use BCC? the only other way I know is to send the e-mail
many times, just save it as a draft, open it, send it to one person,
then open it again and send it to the next person, and so on....
