Does it happen only when you use > html formatted mail? No ... not a template (tmp = temporary - sheesh ... what was I thinking?) Look at the location - \windows\temp\... Apparently used in some HTML mail you sent (which Netscape created using the temporary directory and sent) and you cleaned out your temporary directory (or something did) while Netscape still wants to use it for backgrounds. Look at the various settings for your HTML formatted mail (template/defaults/etc.).
