Mailnews performance branch landing

It looks like the mailnews performance branch is going to land today.  
I'll let mscott update everyone when it's happened.   As I've mentioned 
in the past, we've been keeping a list of known bugs at 
http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/performance/speed-todo.txt

Now that we are going to land, Esther and Laurel have been kind enough 
to enter these items as bugs in bugzilla.  These won't be valid until 
the landing and I wanted to give you a query that you can compare 
against so that a lot of dups aren't filed.  You can find that query at:
