I have the default mail server set. In any case, the Account Wizard
window has no functionality whatsoever. The buttons don't respond, only
the window close "X" button works. I also got that window when I clicked
on Reply to Christopher Jahn's article. I wonder if this is a known
bug... I have not found any references to it yet.
