Line wrapping

Sometimes when answering to someone, in plain text, Mozilla 0.8 will not 
wrap lines neither when editing,  nor when sending.

Is this a known bug ?
(sorry, but Bugzilla is temporary down so I can't check).

Should I investigate until I'm able to find out what starts this ?

I have some other random bugs, but, they're hellish to reproduce.
