This is for those who use charsets other than default iso-8859-1.

I can only confirm this behavior with Russian charset, but I have a 
hunch that this pertains to all charsets. When Quoted-printable 
encoding is turned off, the headers of the message get sent in 
UNICODE, instead of being sent in user-selected charset.

Really, really nasty, since it renders Mail and News pretty much 
useless.

I would be much obliged if this is at least confirmed so people can 
start looking at this...

I am not a C coder, unfortunately, so I can't fix it myself.... :(
