*August 7: Loon Research Boat Tour in Crosslake* *8:30AM* The MOU is partnering with the National Loon Center on a private field trip to research Common Loons on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes! Participants will climb aboard the National Loon Center's pontoon boat "The StewardShip" and survey nesting success, chick hatching, band resights, and loon behavior. The tour will run from 8:30AM to approximately 11:30AM.
