Was (slightly) surprised to have a (slightly, by my records) Baltimore Oriole this morning in White Bear Lake. My earliest by a few days, and the only one I had in the morning while birding at a number of spots in Ramsey and Washington Counties. Aside from a big jump in Yellow-Rumped Warbler numbers--at one point so many were flying across the road I was worried I'd hit a bunch of them (thankfully I didn't), nothing else was of note. Still a decent mix of scattered waterfowl species but no big gatherings.
