Marsh Lake is near Appleton or the Town of Correll, 30 miles west of Montevideo. It’s a pretty big lake so the best place to see shorebirds is on the western end here are the coordinates to this area. ( 45.2182461, -96.1956195).
If you want to get close you will need water boots and you’ll want to stay closer to the grass otherwise you will sink into the mud. This was first time there, looking forward to many more and exploring the wonderful natural areas close to the lake.
