Call me crazy, but I could swear I heard, a few minutes ago, a bluejay imitating a chickadee! From our crabapple came this rich LOUD “sweeeeeteeee...sweeeteee!” When went to search for the bird, I only found a pair of jays! Could they be trying to distract chickadees to steal their eggs?
