Update: Sighted this day by Darlene Peterson, it remained throughout the afternoon along the west edge embankment of the Beaver Island Trail (south of the SCSU Hockey Center, University Drive bridge and dam, yet south of the boat access/trailhead), floating downstream, feeding, (hiding along the brushy edge), but continually flying back upstream, diving in some eddy pools, and repeating.
