There is a female/nonbreeding-plumaged Harlequin Duck among a large flock of scaup and other divers on the southern side of Lake Waconia, viewed from Trinity Lutheran Cemetery on the north side of Main Street. Just prior to writing this email the flock got up and flew north. There are several boats on the lake right now constantly flushing ducks so very likely still present on the lake.
