Here is an addition to today's Duluth RBA. Alexander Egan reports: "A female Harlequin Duck seen outside the mouth of Grand Marais harbor on both Monday the 15th and Wednesday the 17th. It was smaller than the goldeneyes that it was foraging with and had a distinct white circle behind the eye. Birds in the harbor have been Common Goldeneyes, a couple Greater Scaup, Buffleheads and Mallards."
