Today, Bruce Fall found a third state record ROSS'S GULL on the ice of the Mississippi River in St. Paul at Hardman and Grand Avenues. The original location was about half a mile north of the pedestrian overpass. In the late morning, the gull flew upriver about half a mile, but returned in the early afternoon. It then flew south but was rediscovered just before dusk about half mile south of the I-494 bridge, where it remained until dark. The next scheduled update of this tape is Thursday, December 20th 2007. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
