Been away from office three days, toured northern Mille Lacs County Friday AM. Highlight was 10 Bohemian Waxwings on CR 142 (right near lake, residential area) - only single Common Redpoll & Pine Siskins among winter finches - 144 Tundra Swans along Mille Lacs Lake (including 130 at junction of 35 and 169, just south of reservation and casino).
