It was brought to my attention that I failed to mention the location of Carver Park. It is managed by the Three Rivers Park District and located just to the west of the town of Victoria in Carver County. It can be accessed by either hwy 5 to the south or hwy 7 to north(turn on to Carver County Rd 11).
