If you have a WiFi available, connect both PC and Android onto it. Install some FTP server app on Andorid phone and access it via FTP client from PC. "ES File Explerer" app has FTP server integrated. Of course you'll have access only to USB storage on phone(SD), not system folders, but you'll be able to copy files between devices.
