What's wrong? What exactly is failing? Are there error messages or is it compilation that's failing for you? We can't tell you anything w/o more information.

Ok, lets not get all out of kilter here. There are a number of samples on the Xamarin site that do work. There are a number of samples that work online. I know that LearnNowOnline/Appdev recently published some of my content in this exact area. I know that code works and works in a cross platform way. I see that you have searched the previous emails, so that is good. I'm not quite sure how they don't work. I've used Mt and MfA to connect with Sqlite, Sql Server, and a bunch of other dbs thru REST based web services, so I know that everything does in fact work. What errors are you getting?
