Means: /This installation package could not be opened. Have the vendor of
the application, whether it is a valid Windows Installer package./
I suspect the installer can not download the whole package, because the
progress bar is not completely filled. It would be nice if there was the
possibility of an alternative download.
The 'mono-android-4.4.54.208556545.msi' has a size of 167.621.080 Bytes
(Size on disk = 167.624.704 Bytes).
