I updated to Visual Studio 2012 and since then, often times when I try to
compile my code, I will get a bunch of errors like:

"'Android.App.Activity' is a 'type' but is used like a 'variable'"

and

"The name 'ListAdapter' does not exist in the current context"

It seems to be limited to the classes that I have open in my editor. If I
close them and recompile everything works fine. Sometimes the editor window
will have a bunch of classes underlined, but everything still compiles fine.

It's not really a big deal, except when I have a real compile time error,
all these fake errors clutter up my error list and makes it hard to find the
true source of my problem.

Has anyone else run into this problem? I feel like I've encountered this
before, not with Mono but with something else, but, I can't remember how I
solved it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dan
