This has me confused. If you have a License, and it's expired, then the OS X installer should prompt you for an upgrade code, not for a full activation. Are you saying that the installer prompted you for the activation code + name + email + etc.? > I got to deploy and I'm met with "evaluation copy". Then, after installation MonoDevelop still refused to deploy? Could you please privately send me your $HOME/Library/MonoAndroid/License file?
